Accumulator Repair, Testing and Re-Gassing now available at Longwall Hydraulics Mackay Operations
With our aim of continuous improvement and broadening our range of products and services, we have recently added a mobile accumulator testing rig to our Mackay operations. Our Mackay workshop is now fully equipped to complete in-house accumulator repairs, tests and re-gassing to meet Australian standards.
Our new test equipment and qualified personal enable us to offer a full accumulator service and replacement (if required), that may include:
- Shell magnetic particle test
- Bladder replacement
- Fluid and Gas port valve replacement
- O-ring and Back-up rings replacement
- Re-Gassing
- Painting
- Re-labelling with current safety information
- Tested and Certified to meet the requirements of AS3788
