IR Series

Close-coupled end-suction electric pumps with dimensions according to EN733, suitable for recirculation, heating and heat recovery systems, water supply facilities, pressurisation groups. Pumps and motors in conformity with 2009/125/CE Directive (ErP) as indicated in the data tables.

Characteristics:

Designing a pump which combines performance, reliability, durability and cost is a complex engineering challenge. SAER designs and manufactures pumps and motors since 1951 and since the 1990s the acquired extensive experience of our engineers is accompanied by integrated simulation systems.

IR Series Advantages

  • Pompe type ESCC (End Suction Closed Coupling): close coupled and compact design to minimise costs and dimensions.
  • “Back pull-out” design: The motor unit and the rotating part of the pump can be removed without having to remove the pump body from the plant pipes. Pump casing according to EN733 standard.
  • Wide range: more than 800 models available in 2 and 4 poles, power ratings from 0.37 kW to 90 kW, outlet from DN32 to DN200 and available in different configurations, materials and motors.
  • Energy saving: high-efficiency hydraulic design optimised with CFD systems that meet the ErP Directive (Energy related Products) *
  • Motors with IE2, IE3 and IE4 efficiency classes, ErP Directive compliant, oversized and suitable for use with frequency converter (inverter) as standard.
  • “Heavy duty” costruction: shaft-end made of stainless steel AISI 431 or Duplex as standard, oversized ball bearings and protected from outer agents to offer a reduced working noise and a long service life.
  • Large selection of mechanical seals and of materials for the parts in contact with the liquid: cast iron, marine bronze, stainless steel and Superduplex versions obtained by casting.
  • Upon request, version with frequency converter (inverter) integrated into motors up to 18,5 kW.
  • Pumps and motors “Made in Italy”.
